I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sotis with my colleagues for an extended period, and I can confidently say that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire stay. The conference room we utilized was impeccably set up, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Whether it was arranging the necessary equipment or catering to our every need, they were always just a call away, ready to assist with a smile. Their proactive approach made our conference seamless and stress-free. A special shoutout goes to Yufa, whose dedication truly stood out. Not only did she help us with translations when ordering dinner, but she also provided us with directions, ensuring we could explore the area without any hassle. Yufa frequently checked in on us, making sure our stay was both meaningful and pleasurable. Her genuine care and attention made all the difference, and her friendly demeanor turned a good stay into a great one. The management at Sotis deserves commendation for cultivating such a remarkable team. Every employee we encountered, from the valet staff to the housekeepers, restaurant personnel, and front office team, exemplified the highest standards of hospitality. Each individual contributed to an atmosphere that felt not just professional but familial. To top it all off, I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the staff surprised me with a delightful birthday cake and a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday." This thoughtful gesture made me feel incredibly special and left a lasting impression. I cannot wait to return and reunite with the many employees I now consider friends at Sotis. Was staying for work related trip for 5 days, room was adequate, all security and staffs were very friendly and helpful, the variety for breakfast was nice, the neighborhood was chill and nice to have a stroll around. Recommended if you’re looking for a great location to stay that is close to nearby popular areas, will be staying here again in the future.

The best place's to take a rest after a long activity. So near with the "Negara Blok M ", just need through pass n' all the entertainment you can get. Really nice staff and good facilities. Will be back here for sure.
